Clean rooms, excellent view, convenient pet policy, good breakfast selection, friendly staff, close to downtown.

The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, surrounded by stunning mountains and close to the station. the view from the balcony was simply breathtaking. the room was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern bathroom facilities. the breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were welcoming and friendly.

The bar on location was quite limited, and the shower was slightly inconvenient due to the partial barrier.

Spent xmas at this hotel. the food was good, especially the breakfast. the rooms were clean and spacious. the location was key as it was close enough to the town center but far enough to have a peaceful night's sleep.

The staff were not very welcoming or friendly. the noise level at night was very high.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful mountains around. The hotel facilities were great, especially the jacuzzi with a relaxing end to my days of adventure. The staff were kind and helpful. The cleanliness of the room was really good and the breakfast had a wide selection of tasty European food. the hotel was very close to the slopes , made my ski holiday even more fun!

The only minor improvement would be for the spa/wellness area to open earlier in the day.

The shower head was too low, making it inconvenient for taller individuals. the bathroom lacked toiletries, which meant bringing your own.
